WOMEN OWN THE MOUNTAIN.

STAFF

At our core, we’re a team of passionate mountain bike coaches dedicated to empowering riders, building confidence, and fostering a supportive community on the trails. Whether you're at the start gate for the very first time or looking to clean technical features and dial in your cornering, our coaching staff brings a mix of deep experience, high energy, and genuine enthusiasm to every ride. We believe in creating an inclusive, encouraging space where you can push your boundaries at your own pace, master new skills, and experience the unmatched thrill of mountain biking alongside a crew that’s always cheering you on.

Kelsey Wisinski

Kelsey Wisinski
Head Coach / Team Owner

Coach Kelsey is more than just a mountain bike coach. By day, she is a full-time physical therapist and clinic director. By night, she spends her free time riding, training, and traveling as an avid pro downhill racer, while also leading rides and coaching with the Boulder Mountainbike Alliance, building and expanding their skills program over the last several years. Her history in motocross and Muay Thai has given her an insight into male-dominated sports like downhill mountain biking, a special perspective that she is excited to challenge to bring more women into the sport.

Libby felts

Libby Felts
Coach / Rider Support

Libby Felts has a lifelong passion for cycling and has been a mountain bike coach for five years. She's driven to give back to the mountain biking community by helping other riders level up and have more fun on the bike. When she's not trying to convince her friends to ride tech trails with her, Libby can be found hanging out with her partner and her blue heeler, doing granny hobbies, or being distracted by really cool birds.

Jamie Higham

Jamie Higham
Coach / Team Manager

Jamie has spent his whole life on two wheels. Starting on BMX bikes and motocross, then transitioned into downhill and freeride biking. He's the Swiss Army Knife of the team, supporting nearly every aspect of our operations. His responsibilities span team mechanics, media and content, back-end operations, rider support and logistics, and strength-and-conditioning programming.
